What You'll Do
- Diagnose and repair agricultural equipment with precision and expertise.
- Service and maintain machinery to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Use your technical skills and time management to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Accurately diagnose issues to ensure vehicles operate at peak performance.
- Complete all required reports, repair documentation, and job cards accurately
- Provide outstanding customer service and represent Milne Bros with pride in all interactions.
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented workshop culture.

What We're Looking For:
- Certification and Experience as a Diesel Mechanic
- Minimum 2 years' hands-on experience in a mechanical workshop or Field service
- Experience in Agricultural and or Earthmoving equipment essential
- Current and valid driver's licence.
- Strong attention to detail and a results-driven attitude.
- Electrical and Air Conditioning qualifications? Even better!
- Forklift licence is preferred but flexibility is offered for the right candidate.
