About the Role

We’re seeking support workers who are available for a mix of day shifts and sleepover shifts to assist NDIS participants in their homes and the community.
You’ll be part of a caring, professional team that values open communication, reliability, and teamwork.

Responsibilities include:

- Providing personal care and daily living assistance

- Supporting participants with complex behaviors and emotional regulation

- Promoting independence, inclusion, and meaningful community participation

- Maintaining accurate shift and incident documentation





- Working collaboratively within a team setting to ensure consistent, high-quality support

- Upholding NDIS and organizational standards of care and professionalism

About You

About You

You’re a caring, adaptable person who thrives on helping others. You bring professionalism, patience, and empathy to every shift — especially when supporting people with complex needs.

To be successful, you’ll have:

- Experience supporting people with disabilities

- Willingness to work day and sleepover shifts

- A genuine interest in supporting participants with complex behaviors

- Ability to work effectively within a team setting

- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check and Blue Card

- Current First Aid & CPR Certificates

- Cert 3 or equivalent qualification in disability services/individual support

- Driver’s License and reliable, insured vehicle
