This highly regarded practice provides comprehensive dental services including General Dentistry, Cosmetic Dentistry, Dental Implants, Invisalign, Children's Dentistry, Preventive Care, Custom Mouthguards and Sleep Apnoea Appliances, offering you the opportunity to expand your clinical experience across a diverse range of treatments.

About the role

As a Clinical Dental Assistant, you'll play an integral role in delivering exceptional clinical care and creating positive patient experiences.

Working closely with experienced Dentists, you'll provide efficient chairside assistance across a wide variety of treatments while ensuring treatment rooms,



instruments and equipment meet the highest standards of infection prevention and clinical excellence.

This position is ideal for an experienced Dental Assistant who enjoys working in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment and is passionate about delivering outstanding clinical support.

Responsibilities

- Provide high-quality chairside assistance during a broad range of dental procedures
- Prepare and maintain treatment rooms for daily clinical operations
- Sterilise and maintain instruments in accordance with Australian infection control standards
- Assist with procedures including restorative, cosmetic, implant and orthodontic treatments
- Maintain accurate clinical records and patient confidentiality
- Monitor and replenish clinical stock and consumables
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive patient experience
- Work collaboratively with Dentists, reception staff and the wider clinical team
- Maintain a clean, organised and efficient clinical setting

About you

We're looking for an experienced dental professional who enjoys working in a collaborative team and takes pride in delivering exceptional patient care.

You’ll bring:

- Previous experience as a Dental Assistant, Clinical Dental Assistant, or within a dental practice (essential)
- Certificate III in Dental Assisting (essential)
- Strong understanding of infection control and sterilisation procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding organisation and attention to detail
- A professional, patient-focused approach
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
- Current immunisation records (vaccinations may be funded by the practice)
