What you’ll be doing

- Greeting patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Scheduling and managing patient appointments
- Answering incoming phone calls and enquiries
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Assisting with the processing of Medicare billing and payments
- Providing general administrative support to the clinic team
- Adhering to all relevant medical and administrative protocols

What we’re looking for

- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work effectively with patients, colleagues, and other stakeholders
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in the use of medical and office software, including electronic medical record systems (highly desirable)




- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records
- Previous experience in a medical reception or administrative role is highly desirable
- A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and privacy
- Ability to work collaboratively within a fast‑paced team environment
- Flexibility to participate in late night and weekend shifts as part of a rotating roster or permanent rotating shifts.
