THE ROLE

As a Casual Coach at REVL Neutral Bay, you'll help deliver an experience our members can't wait to come back to.

Your role will include:

- Delivering world-class group training sessions

- Creating an exceptional member experience every single class





- Coaching movement with confidence, safety and purpose

- Building genuine relationships with our members and community

- Supporting new members through an unforgettable onboarding experience

- Bringing energy, professionalism and enthusiasm to every shift

- Contributing to the growth and culture of the studio

- Living and breathing the REVL values both inside and outside the gym

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

Essential

- Cert III & IV in Fitness

- Current First Aid & CPR

- Outstanding communication skills

- A positive attitude and growth mindset

- Availability across mornings, evenings and weekends

Bonus Points

- Strength & Conditioning qualifications

- Experience coaching group training

- HYROX, running or athletic performance coaching experience

- A passion for building community, not just coaching workouts
