Role and Responsibilities:

- Support the delivery of engaging, play-based and age-appropriate learning experiences, aligned with each room’s established programs, routines, and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
- Foster a warm, inclusive, and nurturing environment that encourages positive interactions and meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Observe, document, and reflect on children’s learning and development, using these insights to support and adapt educational experiences.




- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the centre, contributing to a positive, respectful, and supportive workplace culture.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and well‑organised learning environment, ensuring all practices align with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent).
- Working with Children Check and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Previous experience in an early childhood education setting is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Passion for early childhood education and a genuine interest in supporting the development of young children.
