What You’ll Be Doing

- Cooking and assembling menu items during service

- Running the grill during busy periods

- Assisting with prep, including meats, sauces, and fresh ingredients

- Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen

- Supporting the rollout of new menu items

- Helping improve kitchen systems and efficiency

- Experience in a commercial kitchen or fast-paced food environment

- Ability to handle pressure during busy service
