We are a small dental surgery with a tight knit and dynamic team, and we are looking for a Dental assistant/receptionist, experience preferred but not essential but must have a willingness to learn all aspects of general dental procedures and sterilization protocols. seeking part time 3 days a week and on call for the remainder of 2026, leading to permanent part time 9 day a fortnight position at the beginning of 2027
You'll be expected to chair side assist in all dental procedures.
Experience with use of D4W computer system beneficial
Booking and confirming patient appointments
Printing of daily appointment schedule
Cleaning and sterilizing of dental instruments
Use of Word, Excel computer systems - Scan and email documents
Ordering of stores and other requirements
Prepare referrals to other dental specialists
Good communication skills for patients and colleagues
