CGS is a specialist Agri-retailer successfully operating for over 40 years, servicing the supply of agronomic services, crop inputs & technology for customers throughout NSW, QLD, NT & WA. We have a explicit focus in the cotton, broadacre cropping and related agricultural & horticultural industries operating from a current network of 12 Branches.
We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Store Person / Delivery Driver to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a hands-on role and takes pride in providing excellent customer service.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for warehouse operations, stock management, and delivering products to our valued customers across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Receiving, unloading and storing incoming stock
- Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders
- Delivering agricultural products safely and efficiently to customers
- Loading and unloading vehicles using forklifts and other equipment
- Maintaining accurate inventory and warehouse records
- Ensuring the warehouse and yard are kept clean, organised and safe
- Assisting customers with product collection and enquiries
- Supporting the retail team with general store duties as required
About You
To be successful in this role,
you will possess:
- MR/HR licence (or willingness to obtain)
- Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A commitment to workplace health and safety
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, retail, agriculture or a similar role will be highly regarded
