Strategically located on the Liverpool Plains of NSW, 1 hour southwest of Tamworth, JBS Australia’s Caroona Feedlot employs approximately 50 people and includes a dryland and irrigation farming operation. With a licensed capacity of 28,000 head, access to an extensive network of quality cattle and ideally placed between the Riverina & Beef City plants, makes it a vital asset in the supply of grain fed cattle for both the JBS Queensland and New South Wales based processing facilities.
The farm supplies the grain, silage and hay required for the cattle in the feedlot.
About the Role
Caroona Feedlot is currently recruiting a detail orientated Cleaner to join the team in a part-time capacity. This position is critical to the successful operations of our feedlot.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Cleaning of office spaces, amenities, lunchrooms, and common areas
- Vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and waste removal
- Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene
- Monitoring and replenishing cleaning supplies
- Following site safety and hygiene protocols
About You
- Previous cleaning experience (desirable but not essential)
- High levels of attention to detail
- Exceptional ability to prioritise and multi-task to meet deadlines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously as well as within a team workplace
