We're partnering with a well-established fire protection contractor that specialises in passive fire compliance across commercial projects. Due to continued growth, they're looking to appoint a Passive Fire Auditor to join their expanding team.
This is a excellent opportunity to work across a diverse range of sites while joining a business with a strong reputation and long-term pipeline of work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct passive fire assessments and site inspections
- Assess penetrations, fire-rated construction and control joints
- Prepare detailed compliance reports
- Liaise with clients and coordinate site requirements
- Ensure compliance with Australian Standards and NCC
- Utilise Uptick (or similar) for reporting and documentation
About You:
- Experience in passive fire auditing or compliance
- Strong knowledge of NCC and Australian Standards
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently across multiple sites
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
