About the Client

Key Responsibilities

- Lead process analysis, future-state design, and stakeholder workshops to define and align target-state operating models.
- Manage the transformation backlog and drive implementation of process improvements, automation, and AI-enabled initiatives.
- Drive implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for automation and AI enablement.

A Successful Candidate Will Possess the Following





- Experience support Scam Prevention initiatives (nice to have).
- Hands on experience in Product Ownership, Process Design Business Analysis, or Transformation roles, ideally within a regulated environment.
- Robust Agile delivery, stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and process transformation experience.
