What You’ll Do
Monitoring stock levels and movements across the supply chain
Monitoring and ordering consumables
Booking and coordinating transport
Working with dashboards and reports that communicate vital information and trends quickly and effectively
Analysing and verifying data
Following up supply chain issues, current and predicted
Being the first point of contact for supply chain partners
Regularly communicating with clients, suppliers and team members
What You’ll Bring
Must be 18+, hold valid Australian work rights, C-class license and own reliable vehicle
Pass medical/drug tests and recent police clearance
Have an eye for detail, quickly being able to spot things that “don’t look right”
Be competent and efficient using MS Word & Excel
Be capable of gaining expertise in other software programmes within a short period of time (with training & support along the way of course)
Be an excellent communicator, with solid verbal and written skills
Want to take on responsibility and use initiative
Work consultatively, collaborating with others in and around the team to keep things going smoothly
Forklift licence or MYOB /Greentree experience an advantage but not essential
What You’ll Earn
$38.85–$42.00/hour ($77k–$83k/year), plus daily travel assistance payment

This position is initially offered as a 12 month permanent contract but is expected to become full-time permanent for the right candidate. There is also potential for transfer to other JOHNEX operations for suitable candidates.
