Are you an experienced Project Manager with a background in commercial fitouts, shopfitting or bespoke joinery? We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established commercial fitout contractor with more than 20 years of industry success, delivering premium projects across hospitality, retail, corporate, healthcare and education sectors.

The Role:

As the Project Manager, you'll take ownership of projects from award through to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards, working closely withinternal production teams, site supervisors, subcontractors and clients.

- Manage commercial fitout and joinery projects from planning through to completion.
- Develop, monitor and manage project programmes and delivery schedules.




- Forecast and track project costs, labour and materials.
- Coordinate with drafting, production and site teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Monitor project quality, safety and compliance.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with clients, consultants and suppliers.
- Successfully deliver multiple projects simultaneously.

About You:

To be successful, you'll ideally have:

- Previous experience as a Project Manager within commercial construction, shopfitting, fitouts or bespoke joinery.
- Trade qualification in Shopfitting, Carpentry or a related construction discipline.
- Strong knowledge of commercial construction methodologies and project delivery.
- Outstanding planning, organisational and time management abilities.
- Commitment to quality workmanship and workplace safety.
