We have an exciting opportunity of a position as a Quality Assurance - Continuous Improvement Manager to join our business. This role is based at our Wodonga facility, located in the Murray River area of Albury/Wodonga.

Key responsibilities include:

- Quality Management System ownership.
- PPAP, FAI, PSW and Product Validation.
- Non-regression and Change Control.
- KAIZEN and Continuous Improvement.
- NCR, CAPA and Root Cause Management.
- Supplier, Manufacturing Quality Control.
- Environmental and Safety System Integration.
- Field Service, Warranty and Customer Complaint Management.

The successful candidate will have:

- Quality leadership experience in manufacturing, engineering, electrical equipment, heavy industrial, automotive, defence, energy, infrastructure or similar sectors.
- Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Business, Science, Industrial Technology or related field or equivalent practical experience.
- Formal training or demonstrated experience with ISO 9001 together with training and practical experience in CI, Lean, KAIZEN, Six Sigma and structured problem solving.
- Experience with NCR, CAPA, 8D, root cause analysis and audit systems.
- Experience developing procedures, control plans, inspection plans and quality records.
- Solid understanding of manufacturing process control and product release discipline.
