We're seeking an experienced Lead Sports Trading Analyst to lead day-to-day desk activities while shaping trading strategy, managing real-time risk exposure and driving commercial performance across live and pre-match markets. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to an experienced sportsbook trading professional with a proven track record in trading operations, risk management and team leadership. You'll oversee a team of Trading Analysts and Execution Traders, optimise liability and margin performance across major sporting events, and work closely with Product, Data and Compliance teams to continuously improve trading systems, processes and operational performance.

What you'll bring:

- 4+ years' experience in sportsbook trading, risk management or trading desk operations.
- Previous experience leading or mentoring a team of traders or analysts.
- Strong understanding of sportsbook risk, liability management, pricing and market dynamics.
- Experience using sportsbook trading platforms such as OpenBet, Kambi, Sportradar or similar.
- Advanced Excel and SQL skills with the ability to analyse trading performance and identify commercial opportunities.
- The ability to make confident, data-driven decisions in a fast-paced, high-pressure trading environment.
