You will act as the UKG functional expert, responsible for configuring and optimising the UKG Workforce Pro solution, ensuring it is compliant, fit-for-purpose, and aligned with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead functional configuration and administration of UKG Workforce Pro.

- Partner with Payroll, Time & Attendance, and Industrial Relations SMEs to design and validate solutions.

- Configure time, attendance, scheduling, accruals, and pay rules.

- Ensure compliance with Awards, Enterprise Agreements, payroll legislation, and SOX requirements.

- Conduct unit testing and support end-to-end testing activities.

- Provide expert advice on UKG best practice and solution design.

- Maintain configuration workbooks, documentation, reporting, and system procedures.





- Identify process improvement opportunities and support continuous improvement initiatives.

About You

- 7+ years' experience implementing and supporting UKG Workforce Management solutions.

- Proven end-to-end implementation experience from discovery through go-live and hypercare.

- Strong expertise in timekeeping, scheduling, attendance, accruals, and workforce management.

- Experience configuring UKG for Australian Awards and Enterprise Agreements.

- Strong understanding of payroll legislation and industrial compliance.

- Experience working with integrations such as SAP, SuccessFactors, and Boomi.

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Intermediate Excel skills and experience producing system reports and data extracts.
