Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support the delivery of projects from initiation through to completion.
- Assist with procurement activities in line with government policies and procedures.
- Prepare procurement documentation, reports, contracts and project correspondence.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, risks and deliverables.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support contract administration and supplier management.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.
About You
To be successful, you will have:
- Experience in project coordination, project support or project administration.
- Procurement and/or contract management experience.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Previous government experience will be highly regarded but is not essential.
