With a strong pipeline of work across Newcastle, the Hunter and Central Coast, they're looking for an experienced Site Manager with an extensive carpentry background to lead projects valued from $1M to $20M+ .

The role

You’ll take ownership of site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to the highest standard.

You’ll be responsible for:

- Leading site teams and subcontractors
- Coordinating day-to-day construction activities
- Managing safety, quality and project programs




- Working closely with clients, consultants and project managers
- Delivering quality outcomes across live and occupied sites

You’ll bring:

- Certificate III in Carpentry (essential)
- Extensive commercial carpentry experience
- Experience as a Site Manager, Foreman or Senior Leading Hand
- A proven background delivering commercial refurbishments, fit-outs and new builds
- Robust leadership, communication and organisational skills
- White Card and current Driver Licence
