We're looking for an experienced Licensed Customs Broker to join our Customs team in Banksmeadow. What You'll Be Doing

As a key member of our Customs team, you will:

- Prepare and lodge import customs declarations in accordance with legislative requirements.

- Ensure accurate tariff classification, customs valuation, duty and GST calculations, and apply relevant concessions.

- Provide transparent, professional advice to clients on import regulations, tariff requirements, and documentation.

- Liaise with the Australian Border Force and Biosecurity officers as required.

- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all customs legislation and regulatory requirements.

- Manage permit requirements for restricted and prohibited goods, ensuring approvals are obtained before clearance.

About You

You'll be someone who enjoys problem-solving, values accuracy, and takes a proactive approach to client service.

You'll also have:





- A current Licensed Customs Broker qualification with Continuing Professional Development (CPD) requirements up to date.

- At least 3 years' experience in customs brokerage.

- Strong knowledge of tariff classification, customs valuation, duty and GST requirements, and the Customs Act.

- Experience working across a broad range of commodities and regulatory requirements.

- A sound understanding of restricted and prohibited goods, including permit processes.

- Excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to compliance.

- The ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.

- Strong communication skills and a professional approach when working with clients and government agencies.

- Experience using CargoWise (preferred).
