ACT Law Society is seeking a Principal Lawyer to lead investigations and litigation and to transition the function in-house. Reporting to the Director, Regulatory Services, you will manage disciplinary and suitability matters before ACAT and ACT Supreme Court, while guiding staff and coordinating with external legal providers.

You will drive policy development, provide timely legal advice to Council, and foster solid relationships with regulators and practitioners.
