Our Client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Electrical Estimator to join their expanding estimating team servicing the North East and Central Murray regions. The Role
- Prepare accurate electrical estimates and tender submissions across a range of commercial and industrial projects.
- Review plans, specifications,
and project documentation to determine project scope and pricing requirements.
- Source and negotiate pricing from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Assist with project planning, budgeting, and procurement support.
- Work closely with project managers, electricians, and directors throughout project delivery.
- Help identify project risks, opportunities, and value engineering solutions.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and industry partners.
- Support the continued growth and development of the company's estimating systems and processes.
Requirements
- Previous experience as an Electrical Estimator or similar role within the electrical industry.
- Strong understanding of electrical installations, systems, and project costing.
- Experience with Simpro, or similar estimating/project management software is highly regarded.
- Ability to interpret drawings and technical documentation.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously.
