Senior Project Manager

You'll take ownership of multiple projects simultaneously, managing every stage of the project lifecycle while building strong client relationships, driving commercial performance and leading successful delivery outcomes. The Opportunity

As the Senior Project Manager, you'll be responsible for the successful planning, financial management and delivery of projects while acting as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.

Working closely with internal teams, suppliers and stakeholders, you'll ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to an exceptional standard, while identifying opportunities to strengthen long-term client relationships and generate repeat business.

The Role Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing multiple projects concurrently from initial planning through to completion
- Developing project programmes, timelines and delivery schedules
- Managing project budgets, forecasts, variations and commercial performance
- Protecting project margins through proactive financial management
- Acting as the key client contact throughout each project
- Building trusted client relationships that encourage repeat business




- Coordinating internal teams and external contractors to ensure successful delivery
- Managing supplier engagement, negotiations and performance
- Identifying project risks and implementing mitigation strategies
- Overseeing site activities, installations and quality outcomes
- Ensuring compliance with WHS requirements and project governance
- Maintaining accurate project documentation and reporting
- Mentoring junior team members and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For We're seeking a confident and commercially minded project leader who combines strong technical project management capability with exceptional communication and relationship management skills.

You'll ideally bring:

- Proven experience managing complex commercial projects from end to end
- Strong financial and budget management capability
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders across internal and external teams
- Excellent client relationship and account management skills
- Outstanding organisational and time management abilities
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to protect project profitability
- Experience managing subcontractors, suppliers and consultants
- High attention to detail and solid problem-solving skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach to project delivery
- The ability to lead by example while mentoring and supporting others
