Occupational Therapist to Paediatric Mobile & Clinic-Based Role

Join a growing, family-centred allied health team making a real difference in children's lives.

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our expanding team, providing services to children and their families across Sydney's Inner West and surrounding areas. This role offers a combination of clinic-based, mobile, and community-based therapy, allowing you to work in a variety of settings while delivering meaningful, evidence-based intervention.

We are a well-established speech pathology practice committed to providing high-quality, neurodiversity-affirming services for children and families. Due to increasing demand for multidisciplinary support, we are expanding our team and are looking for an Occupational Therapist who shares our values of collaboration, compassion, and clinical excellence.

The Role

As an Occupational Therapist, you will:

Assess and provide intervention for children with a range of developmental needs.

Support children with sensory processing, emotional regulation, fine motor, gross motor, self-care, play, and school participation skills.

Deliver therapy in a variety of settings, including:

Our clinic

Homes

Schools and preschools

Community settings

Work collaboratively with Speech Pathologists, families, educators,



and other professionals.

Complete clinical documentation, reports, and NDIS-related documentation as required.

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

Holds a degree in Occupational Therapy and current AHPRA registration.

Has experience working with children.

Has excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Is passionate about supporting children and families using a strengths-based, family-centred approach.

Holds a current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle.

Has (or is willing to obtain):

NDIS Worker Screening Check

Working With Children Check

Current Police Check
