About You :
You’re highly motivated, passionate about nature conservation, and have excellent communication skills. You are confident in building and maintaining relationships with donors and supporters, with an ability to inspire financial contributions. Your organisational skills and ability to manage donor portfolios independently are key to success in this role. Experience in fundraising, donor management, or community organising is desirable, but your passion for environmental protection and willingness to learn are equally important.

Position Summary :
The Key Relationships Officer is responsible for stewardship of our small gift, major donors, and prospects.
Key Requirements :
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to connect across diverse groups.
- Organisational skills to manage projects and donor portfolios autonomously.
- Experience with CRM systems (Nationbuilder experience preferred but not required).
- Ability to meet fundraising targets and manage donor relationships.
- A passion for environmental conservation and commitment to NCC’s mission.
Job Responsibility :
- Manage and cultivate a portfolio of mid-level and major donors, developing tailored strategies to grow their support.
- Coordinate personalized donor communications,
including thank-you calls, stewardship reports, and fundraising appeals.
- Coordinate stewardship events and opportunities for donors to connect with the organisation and mission.
- Assist in organising donor events and preparing grant applications.
- Support the gifts-in-wills program, ensuring ongoing donor engagement.
- Maintain accurate records of donor interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with NCC’s campaigns and communications teams to align messaging with environmental priorities.
- Drive stewardship journeys for our mid and major donors.
- Work with fundraising team for quarterly appeals.
