We’re looking for an experienced Supervisor Carpenter to run renovation jobs across South East Queensland. This is a hands-on supervisory role, overseeing crews and ensuring jobs are completed to a high standard, on time and on budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Run and supervise renovation jobs from start to finish
- Complete take-offs and material estimates
- Coordinate and supervise site crews and subcontractors
- Liaise with clients, designers/architects, and office staff to keep jobs on track
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Manage job scheduling and troubleshoot issues on site
- Maintain quality control across all stages of the renovation
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read plans and complete accurate take-offs
- Current driver’s licence and white card
- Own reliable transport
