Outstanding projects start with great leadership. We’re looking for a highly experienced Site Manager to work on an incredibly exciting project in the Eastern Suburbs. We want someone who likes to take ownership, someone who leads from the front and who builds strong relationships with subcontractors, consultants and clients.

Your First Projects

You’ll commence on the refurbishment of a prestigious leisure centre, delivering a complete strip‑out and refurbishment within a live residential environment. This project requires careful planning, strong stakeholder communication and the ability to safely coordinate works while maintaining a positive experience for apartment residents.

Following this, you’ll transition to a very technical mixed‑use development that will involve the retention of a heritage listed façade, retail outlets and townhouse builds. This will be a very complex project that will last around 12 months.

This is very typical of the type of ongoing work you would be managing as well. Our client are known for delivering very technical, challenging projects, and as such they need someone very experienced who is used to delivering sophisticated work.

The Role

As Site Manager, you’ll take ownership of day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme and to the quality standards our clients expect.

You’ll work closely with our Project Managers while leading subcontractors and site teams to create a productive, organised and collaborative work environment.





You’ll have the autonomy to manage your site while being supported by an experienced team who value practical decision‑making and open communication.

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for someone who enjoys taking responsibility and delivering quality outcomes. Ideally, you’ll have:

- Experience delivering commercial new build and refurbishment projects.
- A track record managing projects valued up to approximately $20 million.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Confidence managing subcontractors, consultants and client expectations.
- A proactive approach to programme, quality and site safety.
- Familiarity with Bluebeam (advantageous, but not essential).
