This is a rare opportunity to influence enterprise-wide change, work directly with senior leaders, and help establish a modern, federated data governance model at one of Australia's largest and most complex organisations.

In this role you'll:

- Lead enterprise data governance strategy, establishing frameworks, policies and standards to ensure trusted, compliant and high-quality data across the organisation
- Support the embedding of data ownership, stewardship and governance practices, driving adoption of curated data products and enabling safe data sharing and data democratisation
- Lead governance operations and stakeholder engagement, including advisory services, training programs, continuous improvement initiatives and managing governance forums and team performance

About you:

- You have extensive experience in data governance,



data management and data sharing frameworks within complex environments, with a strong understanding of privacy, regulatory and lifecycle considerations
- You have excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence across business units and drive adoption of governance practices and standards
- You are a strong leader with proven experience managing teams and governance operations, with robust analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to deliver continuous improvement outcomes
