ArchiCAD Architect/Technician - Private Residential and Multi Residential Projects

Bring your all-rounder capabilities and skilled approach, andtake projects through all phases.

Key Responsibilities

- Concurrently manage a number of High-End Residential projects as well as boutique Multi-res projects in the team.
- Lead and contribute across all phases, from briefing, design, documentation and throughto completion
- Develop 3D models and high-quality renders (ArchiCAD & Twinmotion experience beneficial)
- Involvement with detailing, construction knowledge and contract administration
- Working holistically across both architecture and interior architecture for each project
- Coordinate with clients and consultants to ensure integrated, resolved outcomes
- Support design director and team mates as required

Skills & Experience

- Masters Degree in Architecture




- Current ARBV Registration (preferred)
- Min. 7years experience in detailed, local Multi-residential and high-end residential projects
- High proficiency in using ArchiCAD including documentation is a must
- All-rounder capabilities with proven experience in all phases of a project including detailing, construction documentation, site and cost managementas well as consultantcoordination
- Strong leadership capabilities, design eye and attention to detail
- Must love dogs! This practice has a friendlyoffice pooch
