We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong joinery industry knowledge and proven project delivery experience to join our high-performing team. This role is responsible for delivering protected, profitable and high-quality joinery projects from concept through to installation, handover and final completion.

The Role

You will oversee multiple joinery projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while managing client relationships, subcontractors and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage multiple joinery installation projects simultaneously

- Coordinate labour resources and subcontractors

- Set Project Plans and manage project programmes to client expectations

- Monitor project budgets and financial performance





- Maintain industry-leading quality and safety standards

- Liaise with clients, builders, and key stakeholders

- Lead, mentor, and develop project teams

About You

- Demonstrated joinery project management experience

- Strong understanding of joinery manufacturing, installation processes and industry constraints

- Proven track record delivering commercial joinery projects ranging from $50K to $1M+

- Trade qualification in Engineering, Cabinet Making, Shopfitting, Carpentry, Machining or related construction discipline

- Strong project financial management and reporting skills

- Experience managing client expectations and project stakeholders

- Sound understanding of tendering, cost planning, and project delivery

- Proficiency with Innergy or similar software

- Strong leadership and communication skills
