You bring:

- Significant leadership experience across digital systems, ICT,technologyor digital transformation
- Experience designing and implementing technology solutions improvingorganisational performance
- Confidence leading multidisciplinary teams,projectsand external technology partners
- Strong understanding of digital governance, cyber security,riskand compliance
- Experience translating business needs into practical digital solutions
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Commercial thinking balanced with a strong commitment to purpose

About the Role

As ourDigital Capability Manager ,you'lllead the digital systems, technology strategy,complianceand digital governance,



ensuring technology actively enables safe, efficient,high-quality service delivery.

Working across the organisation,you'lloversee digital architecture, solution design, cybersecurity, compliance, reporting and digital transformation initiativesand leada highly capable team responsible for digital solutions,qualityand compliance.

As a trusted advisor to the Executive Manager - Digital Services, Systems & Capability and organisational leaders, you'll ensure our digital ecosystem continues to evolve in line with organisational priorities, with visibility to the CEO and Board via your Executive Manager.

Your impact

- Lead the organisation's digital strategy,systemsand technology roadmap
- Design practical digital solutions improvingservice delivery and organisational efficiency
- Lead digital governance, cybersecurity,complianceand risk management
- Oversee digital architecture, reporting, datagovernanceand system integration
- Partner with IT, Procurement and Finance on technology vendors and digital platforms
- Lead digital transformation and continuous improvement initiatives
- Support organisational accreditation, qualityassuranceand business continuity
- Build digital capability across the organisation through cooperative leadership

What You Bring (Essential)

- Five to ten years' experience in a digital, ICT,technologyor systems leadership role
- Experience strengthening governance, reporting, systems, digitalcapabilityor service improvement.
- Demonstrated experienceoperatingin a senior leadership role within a complex organisation
- Relevant tertiary qualification in business, management, digital transformation, information management, health, organisational development, governance, quality

improvement or a related discipline

- Experience leading digital transformation and business improvement initiatives
- Knowledge of governance, cyber security,complianceand digital risk management




- Experience leading teams,projectsand external technology providers
- Strong communicationand stakeholder engagement skills
- Alignment withPANDA's values
- To support effective remote work,you'llneed a reliable internet connection with minimum speeds of100 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload.
- Advanced tertiary qualifications (AQF 8 or above)
- Relevant technical certifications
- Experience working within the not-for-profit,healthor digital mental health sector
- Experience with digital service design,reportingand business intelligence
- Interest in perinatal mental health
