Footmaster Shoes is a proudly Australian, podiatry-owned footwear company on a mission to prove that comfort and style should never be a compromise. As we continue to grow, we're searching for an enthusiastic, people-focused Cluster Manager to lead, coach and inspire our Brisbane team.

This isn't a role for someone who simply manages rosters and KPIs.

About the Role

You'll be responsible for leading multiple Brisbane stores, developing high-performing teams and ensuring every customer leaves believing they've just experienced something different.

You'll spend your time:

Coaching and mentoring Store Staff, Managers and their teams.

Recruiting, developing and retaining exceptional people.

Driving sales, profitability and customer satisfaction.

Creating a positive, energetic culture where people enjoy coming to work.

Identifying opportunities to improve performance across your stores.

Leading by example on the shop floor.

Ensuring our premium customer experience is delivered consistently every day.

About You

We're not looking for the loudest manager.

We're looking for the person everyone enjoys working with.

You naturally build trust, communicate well with all personalities and know how to motivate people without micromanaging them.

You'll probably have:

Experience managing multiple retail stores or leading a large flagship operation.

A genuine passion for coaching and developing people.

Strong commercial awareness and a proven ability to deliver sales growth.

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.





High personal standards and a hands-on leadership style.

A positive attitude with plenty of energy and enthusiasm.

A willingness to travel between Brisbane locations.
