About the Role

We are seeking a registered Trade Marks Attorney with at least 2 years’ experience to join our growing team. We are also open to Attorneys with more experience. You’ll manage a mix of local and international clients, working closely with our Trade Marks Principals in the team.

You will be involved in the following:

- Conducting trade mark availability searches and providing advice to our clients on registrability and infringement risks.
- Preparing, filing and prosecuting Australian and international trade mark applications.
- Working directly with clients and global associates.

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement (2 days in the Brisbane office, 3 days remotely).



Our senior team have experience in training and mentoring junior attorneys.

About You

You will have:

- Registration as a Trans-Tasman Trade Marks Attorney.
- 2+ years’ experience in trade marks.
- An open mind and willingness to develop your skills.
- The ability to work independently while contributing to a supportive team culture.
