Collinsville Open Cut is located approximately 160km from Airlie Beach in Queensland, a town known as the gateway to the Whitsunday Islands and Great Barrier Reef. Producing both metallurgical and thermal coal for the export market, the surface mine has a long life and is transitioning from a dragline strip to a truck and shovel terrace operation.

We are currently looking for competent and experienced excavator and multi-skilled operators to fill multiple positions across our open cut site.

Reporting to the OCE, you will:

- Provide safe and efficient operation of heavy earthmoving equipment to meet mine production and organisational targets.

- Be comfortable performing the full range of mining tasks in a dynamic and changing environment with a focus on continuous improvement.

About you:

- Equipment experience – Excavator (>200T), Dozer, Grader, Loader, Water Truck and/or Haul Truck Operator.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.





- Understanding of and commitment to risk management and safe work practices.

- Ability to liaise with key internal and external stakeholders.

- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
