My client is one of Melbourne's up and coming architectural builders. Known for delivering beautifully designed new builds and extensions & renovations across all of Melbourne's affluent suburbs and down as far as Sorrento. Due to a rare & current opening within their team, they are seeking an experienced foreman/site supervisor to join their team.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing a highly detailed & architectural new build in Hawthorn with a construction value of $3.5M. This project is well with one of Melbourne's top architects.

Key Responsibilities

- Attending program meetings and helping with the delivery of the project within the construction time frame




- Reporting and working with Project Management team to ensure a smooth project delivery
- Review architectural drawings ensuring consistency with documentation
- Coordinate subcontractors, ordering and scheduling materials and works
- Managing timelines and budgets
- End to end client management from contract to handover
- Running weekly meetings with the architect & client

About You

- Up & coming site manager
- Previous & proven experience as a foreman/site supervisor for an architectural builder is required
- History of delivering at least x2 projects, with a value up to $5M - on time and within budget
- A trade base of contacts and history of successfully handling subcontractors
- Trade background (ideally), carpentry highly regarded
- Competent working with tight access projects
- A confident mindset for delivering one off and complex builds
- Experience with basemen
