Zenergy Group is seeking a hands-on Health & Safety Manager to lead safety across our Victoria site. You will own health, safety and compliance, partnering with operations leaders and spending meaningful time on the factory floor to build relationships with operators and drive continuous improvement.

Ideal candidates have a manufacturing background, a tertiary OHS qualification with risk management certification, and a proactive, autonomous mindset.
