Accord Care is seeking dedicated Support Workers for Norton Sands to assist participants in living independently and engaging with their community. You will provide personal care, daily living support, and participate in activities that promote wellbeing.
The role requires Certificate III in Individual Support or higher, experience with complex diabetes, insulin administration, and ketone monitoring. Nursing experience is valued. Ongoing training and onsite support are provided.
