MACRO Recruitment is seeking a Retail Butcher | Meat Department Manager for a permanent full time position in regional Queensland. You will lead the meat department, supervise daily operations, and ensure top-quality meat cuts with strict food safety standards.

A strong focus on customer service and community engagement will drive sales and guest satisfaction. The role offers four or five working days per week with a subsidised housing option.
