About the Role:
As our Retail Assistant Store Manager for Eastern Creek Quarters location, you will support the Retail Store Manager in guiding and mentoring our Chocolate Ambassadors by:
- Supporting an energetic team to create meaningful relationships with customers by providing a unique chocolate experience.
- Delegating, coaching and leading employees on their daily operations, service and collaboration
- Assisting with roster and budget management
- Leading from the front with passion and expertise with customers on product knowledge and preparation
- Deploy visual merchandising strategies and promotional changes
- Assisting in developing and leading the team to future successes
What we would like you to bring:
- Demonstrated previous customer service experience in a QSR, retail or hospitality environment where you have managed your tasks with clear communication, enthusiasm and passion
- Previous Barista experience desirable
- An ability to grow your local community and drive return sales and loyalty
- Solid time management skills, ability to work effectively and independently with deadlines.
- Strong rapport building abilities to assist to lead and coach a team of Chocolate Ambassadors
