Cane to Coast Dentures' is seeking an junior Dental Prosthetist to join our team in Mackay, QLD. As a Dental Prosthetist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality dental prosthetic services to our patients, including the design, manufacture, and fitting of dentures, crowns, and other dental appliances. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to work in a modern, well-equipped practice and be part of a dedicated and supportive team.
What you'll be doing
Assessing patients' dental needs and creating customized treatment plans
Designing, manufacturing, and fitting a range of dental prosthetic appliances
Collaborating with dentists and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients
Maintaining thorough and accurate patient records and documentation
Staying up-to-date with the latest dental prosthetic techniques and technologies
Providing excellent customer service and patient care
What we're looking for
Registered Dental Prosthetist registered with APHRA. MI
Excellent clinical and technical skills in the design, manufacture, and fitting of dental prosthetics
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
Commitment to ongoing professional development and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care
Must have current Australian work authorization rights at the time of application
