The historic Red Beret Hotel is an iconic venue, located in Redlynch.

Established in 1926, the hotel has been privately owned and operated by a Cairns local for over 30 years. The venue is a high-volume operation, especially the Bars and Bistro.

We are seeking an experienced & driven Duty Manager.

Payrate is negotiable based on your experience.

The Red Beret Hotel is currently seeking applicants for the position of Duty Manager.

This is a full-time salaried role. The successful candidate will need to have:

- at least 3 years' experience in a similar role
- a hands-on approach
- excellent customer service and management skills
- experience with hotel reporting and gaming reporting
- current RSA and RSG and RMLV
- robust F & B background




- a positive "can do" attitude
- available to work shift work, nights and weekends
