- Assemble, dismantle and modify scaffolding structures in accordance with safety regulations and engineering specifications
- Install and remove handrails, guard rails and other height safety equipment
- Inspect scaffolding and height safety equipment for damage or wear and perform routine maintenance
- Identify and mitigate potential safety hazards on site
- Maintain a clean and organised work area
- Adhere to all workplace health and safety policies and procedures
What we're looking for
- Previous experience as a Scaffolder or in a height safety labourer role, preferably in the construction industry
- Knowledge of relevant Australian standards and regulations for scaffolding and height safety
- Physically fit and able to work at heights
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- HR license is highly desirable
- Current Construction Induction (White) Card and Working at Heights certification

We are looking for motivated and reliable team members to join our growing team.
Our workday starts at 6:00 am , with most shifts running for 8 to 10 hours . You'll work alongside two experienced, positive team members in a supportive team environment.
The majority of our work is on residential projects throughout North Brisbane and the surrounding areas. We also regularly travel to the Sunshine Coast and Gold Coast, so no two days are the same.
