Ray White Townsville is looking for a driven, full-time Sales Associate to support one of our leading agents. This is a hands‑on role for someone ready to learn the business end‑to‑end and build a long‑term real estate career.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Support the lead agent across the full sales process, from listing to settlement
- Prospect, qualify buyers and grow the database
- Coordinate open homes, inspections and marketing campaigns
- Manage client communication and keep deals moving
- Provide a first-class experience to vendors and buyers

ABOUT YOU

- Minimum 1 year of real estate experience preferred
- Solid communicator who builds rapport quickly
- Organised, self‑motivated and hungry to succeed
- Current QLD driver's license and reliable vehicle
