Ausbuild is seeking a proactive Recruitment Officer to deliver end-to-end recruitment across the business in Queensland. You will partner with hiring managers, recruitment agencies and the HR team to source high-quality candidates and streamline processes.
Key responsibilities include coordinating end-to-end recruitment, creating job ads, building talent pipelines, screening applications, phone screens, interviews, reference checks and pre-employment screening.
