What you'll be doing
- Supporting our sales team at open homes, inspections, and appraisals
- Building genuine relationships with clients, vendors, and buyers
- Getting hands-on with marketing, listings, and property presentation
- Learning the systems, processes, and skills behind every successful sale
- Be mentored by the best in industry through the exclusive Barry Plant Launch Academy
What we're looking for?
- A genuine passion for people and property
- Vibrant, fun, and full of energy — someone who brings good vibes to the office
- A strong work ethic and hunger to learn
- Confident communicator who isn't afraid to get out and meet people
- A current driver's licence (own car preferred)
- Real estate experience isn't essential — attitude is everything
- Agents Representative Certificate (or MUST BE currently enrolled and completing)
