The Salvation Army is seeking a Chef for a permanent full time role at The Collaroy Centre, NSW on the Northern Beaches. You will work with our Sous Chef to lead daily kitchen operations, create meals, and welcome guests with a warm, dining experience.
Requirements include Certificate III, Commercial Cookery and 2–3 years in a commercial kitchen or volume catering, plus food safety and allergen knowledge. You will uphold food safety standards and assist with planning and weekend service.
