We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to join our expanding team.

Are you a confident and driven Site Supervisor with a passion for quality home construction and exceptional project delivery? Cavalier Homes is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team and play a vital role in the successful delivery of high-quality residential builds.

As a Site Supervisor at Cavalier Homes, you will be accountable for the overall on-site performance, ensuring our homes are built to schedule, budget, and the highest standards of quality and safety. You’ll coordinate trades and suppliers, lead site operations, and be the face of the company for our clients throughout the construction journey.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day site operations across multiple projects.

Ensure build programs are delivered on time, on budget, and to a display home quality standard.

Conduct pre-site assessments, quality assurance inspections, and ensure OHS compliance.

Coordinate and manage subcontractors and suppliers for timely, cost-effective performance.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, trades, and internal teams.

Update and maintain construction systems and documentation accurately.

Monitor site safety, material usage, and workflow to minimise cost overruns.

Provide regular client communication, including weekly updates and in office meetings.

Maintain strict compliance with the National Construction Code and relevant legislation.





Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in residential construction (volume building experience ideal).

Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.

Excellent project management, time management, and organisational skills.

Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities.

Attention to detail with a commitment to quality and safety.

Ability to work independently and solve problems proactively.

Confident with construction software and reporting systems.
