We’re seeking an experienced Sales Administration Officer to join our friendly and supportive office team. This is a fast-paced role that requires someone who can multitask, communicate confidently with customers and technicians, and keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to management and staff.
- Manage correspondence, emails, phone calls, and office documentation.
- Create and manage sales quotations and orders.
- Monitor stock, arrange deliveries and shipments.
- Assist with data entry, record keeping, and general office duties.
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Proven experience as an Administration Officer or in a similar administrative role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
