The Order Fulfilment & Customer Service Coordinator role blends front-of-house customer service with responsibility for stock accuracy across the warehouse. On the customer side, the main responsibility is to ensure all client interactions are positive, empathetic and friendly while maximising the revenue potential of each interaction. We've built AI-assisted support into how we handle enquiries, so a good share of queries are already resolved before they reach you. On the inventory side, the role owns the accuracy of our stock data — receipting, counting, transferring, checking and quality-controlling stock — so that what the system says we have matches what is on the shelf, and customers receive correct, complete orders.

Skills and experience

Experience in a stock related customer service role

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Motivated, with a strong eye for detail and accuracy.

Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.

Experience with Shopify Ecommerce Platform with be advantageous but not essential

Comfortable working across both a customer-facing and a warehouse/stock environment.

Ability to work unsupervised

Mature and positive attitude

About the Job

Customer Service

Respond promptly to all customer inquiries via email, phone, web chat and social media channels.

Process orders, backorders, returns and credits.

Develop a strong understanding of our products and services to assist clients in making informed purchasing decisions.

Based on customer interaction and job performance, provide feedback to improve business systems and selling tools.

Use insight from customer interactions to build an understanding of current trends and buying habits, and bring that knowledge into product development discussions.

Inventory & Stock Accuracy

Receipt incoming stock into the system promptly and correctly.

Work with warehouse staff to undertake periodic stock countsand investigate and resolve discrepancies.

Enter stock transfers accurately and on time so stock locations stay correct.

Check returning stock, confirming condition and quantity before it is returned to saleable inventory.

Quality-control incoming stock, inspecting deliveries against orders and flagging defects, shortages or damage.

Check picked orders for accuracy before dispatch, so customers receive the correct items and quantities.
