Youfoodz is seeking a Supply Planning & Optimisation Manager in Karawatha to lead end-to-end demand planning and production scheduling, collaborating with Retail Sales and B2C teams. You will drive DIF metrics and optimise inventory while reducing waste.

You will lead a team of 4, guide capacity planning with Manufacturing and Engineering, and advance S&OP;/IBP maturity through data-driven approaches and CI initiatives.
